Taiwan quake: Rescuers scour rubble for survivors

Rescuers scrambled to find survivors Sunday night after an earthquake toppled buildings in Taiwan, killing at least 32 people authorities said. Authorities revised the death toll down from 34, adding that two people are still in critical condition.
