National/Regional Sales Manager

JOB SUMMARY

 JW Broadcasting is looking for a full-time National/Regional Sales Manager.  Schedule will be Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with some flexibility required by the employee.  College degree is preferred.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Must have excellent negotiation skills.  The candidate shall have knowledge of wide orbit or other station traffic systems.  Must be proficient with computers and have the ability to learn custom software applications.

The candidate will have National Sales experience with handling multiple and local stations.  Must be familiar with avail systems and negotiating ratings and rationale on make goods.  Working with HRP or TV/Radio Rep experience is a plus, as well as knowledge of ABC, FOX and My Network Television.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The candidate will assist our general sales manager and our national rep firm in closing and processing orders for our national and regional customers and their ad agencies.  The candidate shall have a positive attitude and be very well disciplined and organized.  A strong ability to multi-task and meet deadlines is needed.  Must be proficient in math and have great problem solving and persuasion skills.
