ST. LOUIS (AP) — Two British archeologists who helped unearth the remains of the 15th century British king Richard III are due in Saint Louis this weekend.
Saint Louis University is hosting a one-day colloquium on Saturday tied to the life and demise of the monarch who died at battle in 1485. Richard's remains were only discovered in 2012 by scientists from the University of Leicester.
In addition to the academic conference, the university's theater department will hold a staged reading of excerpts from William Shakespeare's play, "Richard III."
