CAMDENTON, Mo. (AP) -

A Mid-Missouri woman is charged for a DWI crash that killed a 2-year-old boy over the weekend.

Blair Dority was driving and is now charged with six felony counts of second-degree assault and one count of involuntary manslaughter. She is also accused of driving while intoxicated.

The Highway Patrol says the victim was one of eight people inside the truck when it crashed Saturday evening near the Camden and Hickory county line. Four of the passengers were under the age of 8. The patrol says no one had on a seat belt or was in a child safety seat.

The patrol says Dority lost control and the truck went off the road, hitting a tree and flipping over, killing Kaygyn Dority, of Roach, Missouri. Everyone in the truck suffered injuries, ranging from minor to serious.
