OKLAHOMA CITY -

The Oklahoma City Zoo is expecting another big -- make that huge -- bundle of joy.

The zoo's 18-year-old Asian elephant, Asha, is pregnant again.

A recent ultrasound shows the little elephant's trunk.

Zoo officials said Asha is about seven months along. But the due date is still more than a year away -- December 2014.

The average gestation for elephants is 22 months.

This will be Asha's second baby. The new calf will join big sister Malee.
