Maries County man on the run, caught again
Deputies say Jeffery Eaton picked up just before 3 p.m.
Maries County deputies caught the man who they say was considered armed and dangerous.
A post on the department's Facebook page says the search for Jeffery Eaton centered around Highway AA.
Earlier in January, Eaton allegedly led deputies on a high-speed chase, also along Highway AA near Vienna. He later got away on foot and evaded capture for hours before surrendering. At the time of his arrest, deputies say Eaton had several weapons and ammunition with him.
Earlier reports questioned if Eaton returned to the area to collect something he may have hidden during the first chase.
