COLUMBIA, Mo. - Criminal charges were reinstated against an Amtrak engineer blamed for a deadly 2015 train wreck in Philadelphia.

On Tuesday, a judge overturned a lower court ruling that that threw out the charges against engineer Brandon Bostian.
