COLUMBIA, Mo. - With temperatures dropping shelters are now opened and helping homeless individuals stay warm with a good night's rest.
Room at the Inn, hosted by Columbia Area Faith Communities, a ministry of Columbia Alliance to Combat Homelessness, has begun.
Sites will be open through March for homeless adults.
They will be able to go there to sleep from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. on certain dates and locations.

Jim Jantz, the coordinator for the Room at the Inn said they are in need of large gloves for homeless individuals to stay warm. The best place where people can deliver the large gloves is at any of these locations between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m.
