Columbia-based MFA Oil and the Teamsters Union will negotiate a settlement, after the company fired 30 truck drivers last year. buy Adobe Photoshop Elements 8 The drivers are represented by the Teamsters.
Both sides were scheduled for an administrative trialbuy Adobe Premiere Elements 8 today in Kansas City today. According to the National Labor Relations Board, MFA and the Teamsters Union have agreed to work out a settlement by February 5th.

The Teamsters argue a lack of good-faith bargaining and the National Labor Relations Board had agreed to prosecute MFA. If the company had been found at fault, it could have been forced to rehire the truck drivers and pay them back-pay.
