Alleged Murderer Says Victim Provoked the Killing

Chester Harvery Jr. claims the death of James McNeely happened after Mcneely attacked his family.

   A mid-Missouri man accused of murder says the victim's actions led to his death.

 

 Chester Harvey Junior, of LaddoniaMicrosoft Windows XP Pro SP3 download is charged with killing 20-year-old James McNeely of Ohio in December.

 

 In an interview with the Associated Press,  Harvey claims McNeely attacked his family and those attacks led to his death.

 

 Police found McNeely's body in the back of HarveyMicrosoft Windows 7 Ultimate download's tractor –trailer. Harvey was then involved in an 18-hour stand off with police. He provided few details in the interview, but said McNeely assaulted his wife and three of his sons in December while Harvey was in Texas. He added his 9-year-old son was badly bruised and his wife was distraught and suicidal. Harvey also revealed that McNeely persuaded him to deliver drugs across the country and that he was desperate for money.

 

Eight people, including Harvey's wife and three of his sons, are all charged in the case.

Court documents say the Harvey's allegedly put a trash bag over McNeely's head and wrapped electrical wire around his neck.
