President Barack Obama visited St. Charles Wednesday, where he continued to push for health care reform.

Students at St. Charles High School got out of class early because of the president's speech at 3:50 p.m.

He said the time for talk is over and that Congress needs to vote.   The president also denounced waste, inefficiency and downright fraud in the government's health care system.  He said improperpayments cost taxpayers almost $100 billion last year alone.

He's also spoke later Wednesday at a Democratic fundraiser for Senator Claire McCaskill.
