University to Hold Diversity Forum

The event is in response to what is being called a hate crime involving cotton balls left outside Mizzou's Black Culture Center.

Officials with the University of Missouri will hold a forum tonight to discuss diversity after an incident where someone buy Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 Standard Editionleft cotton balls around Mizzou's Black Culture Center.


Zachary Tucker and Sean Fitzgerald say they did it, but so far no charges have been filed against them.


Some have called the incident a hate crime, and in the days after some people say the school doesn't do enough to support diversity.

The forum will be held at the Bond Life Sciences Center at 6:00 p.m.
