A Boone County man was arrested Thursday morning after deputies served a search warrant at his home and found six pounds of marijuana and other drugs.
Deputies also found an 18-month-old child that had access to some of the drugs.
Brian C. Young, 28, is facing charges of posession of a controlled substance, distribution of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child.
Investigators say residents in Young's Limoges Drive neighborhood called authorities about drug-related activities at the home. Deputies found marijuana, ecstasy, mushrooms and more than $2,000 in cash inside the home.
Young remains at the Boone County Jail.
