The body of a man that police found Saturday had injuries consistent with a fall, officials said Monday.
The Boone County Medical Examiner's office performed an examination of the skeletal remains - believed to be of Eddie Acosta - Monday. Officials said the remains showed evidence of broken ribs, which could mean he fell.
The body was located Friday night near Rock Quary and Stadium, not too far from University Hospital, where he was last seen. The area features a steep bluff.
