Koster says Kinder should take title off of lawsuit

Missouri's second-in-command and the state's Top Cop are in a legal battle over federal policy.

 

 

Attorney General Chris Koster filed documents to block Lt. Governor Peter Kinder's lawsuit challenging the new federal health care law.   Kinder is using private money to pay for the lawsuit, but filed it under his name, and state title.

 

 

 

Koster says Kinder should not be allowed to sue using the title "Lt. Governor."  Koster wants that title removed from the lawsuit.
