Late Friday night, Sam Bradford and the St. Louis Rams have reached a deal with one record breaking contract. The number one overall pick, Bradford signed a 6 year $78 million dolalr deal with an $86 million maximum value that includes $50 million dollars guarnateed.
Bradford could get an additional $8 million dollars in incentives. This is more money than the $72 million dollar deal last years number one overall draft pick Matt Strafford signed with
Bradford is expected to be at camp tomorrow.
The Kansas City Chiefs also reached a deal with their first rounder Eric Berry. The former Tennessee Volunteer, 5th overall draft pick signed a 6 year, $60 million dollar deal, $34 million of that guaranteed. This deal makes him the highest paid safety in NFL history.
Also- former Mizzou Tiger Jared Perry signed a three year contract with the Philadelphia Eagles. He was flown in for a tryout Thursday and signed later in that day.
