Teens tied to Boone County credit card fraud
Burglary investigation leads to arrests
Two Boone county teens were in jail Friday after being linked to alleged credit card theft and fraud.
Charles Donigian, 18, and Alorie Beam, 17, were originally suspects in a burglary investigation, according to the Boone County Sheriffs Office.
Donigian was being held on charges of felony stealing and fraudulent use of a credit device with $108,000 bond Friday. Beam was held for stealing on $4,500 bond.
