Timelapse: Eclipse across the country

COLUMBIA, Mo. - ABC 17 News has been covering the Eclipse for months, telling you stories about public safety, which eclipse glasses to trust, the science behind the eclipse and much more.

Chief Meteorologist Sharon Ray previously reported that between 1951 and 2050, the southern 48 states will only see a total of eight total solar eclipses. The next one occurs in 2024 and covers 13 states.

Now that the 2017 Solar Eclipse has come and gone, ABC 17 has compiled timelapse videos of the eclipse across the country. See them below.
