The Cincinnati Bengals signed free agent quarterback Tyler Wilson on Saturday.

The team added Wilson after backup Jason Campbell injured his throwing arm during Thursday's exhibition loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.

The Bengals are also without A.J. McCarron, who has not participated in training camp because of a shoulder injury.

Wilson, a fourth-round draft pick of the Oakland Raiders in 2013, spent most of the season on the practice squad. He was waived late in the season and spent the rest of the year with the Tennessee Titans.

Wilson is one of five quarterbacks on the Bengals' 90-man roster, along with starter Andy Dalton, Campbell, McCarron and Matt Scott.
