Jamboree will be first showcase of new Battle High School facilities

COLUMBIA, Mo. -

High school football returns to mid-Missouri Friday evening with jamboree events spread throughout the state.

Battle High School is debuting its new school and new facilities by hosting a four-team scrimmage Friday evening.

The Hickman Kewpies and Rock Bridge Bruins and will be guests of the Spartans.

Hickman is coming off a 9-2 season that ended in the state playoffs when Francis Howell beat them 45-0.

The Bruins were 7-4 last season, including two losses to Hickman, the last of which ended their season.
