The Ottawa Senators signed forward Vincent Dunn to a three-year entry-level contract, the team announced Wednesday.
A native of Gatineau, Quebec, Dunn played with his hometown Olympiques of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League last season, scoring 31 goals and adding 20 assists and 156 penalty minutes.
Dunn, 18, registered the first four-goal game of his major junior career in a 7-1 home win over Sherbrooke on March 14.
Drafted in the fifth round in 2013, Dunn has recorded 116 points (61 goals, 55 assists) and 348 penalty minutes in 159 major junior career games with the Val-d'Or Foreurs and Gatineau. He was traded by the Olympiques to the Rimouski Oceanic on May 30.
