Snow Tracker through Monday morning

A cold front will bring in cooler weather and rain chances for the weekend as the front stalls in southern Missouri. The cool air moves in Saturday as our afternoon high temperatures will only reach the mid-to-upper 40s with mostly cloudy skies. A few sprinkles or light rain showers are possible Saturday afternoon into the evening.

Showers will increase Saturday night, becoming more widespread Sunday for areas along and south of I-70. As lows drop to near freezing Saturday night, wet snow may mix in with rain showers on Saturday night and Sunday, but minor accumulations are possible near the I-70 corridor, with up to one inch through early Monday.

High temperatures will stay in the upper 30s to low 40s Sunday and upper 40s Monday with a slight chance of rain and snow showers continuing through midday Monday. Rainfall totals around .50-1.00" appear possible for areas along and south of I-70.
