A disturbance, which has been nearly stationary over Colorado for the last few days, will move across southern Missouri and Arkansas Wednesday night.

This system will bring more clouds to the area Wednesday evening and some spotty showers will be possible mainly near I-44, but could reach as far north as HWY 50 and Jefferson City.

Some sleet could potentially mix with rain briefly, otherwise most of the rain will remain south of Mid-Missouri.

Rainfall amounts will be very light with less than a tenth of an inch.
