Arctic air will move in on Wednesday, dropping temperatures into the 30s by Wednesday afternoon. Thursday's highs will only reach the mid-to-upper 20s with low-to-middle 20s for Friday.
The cold front bringing the arctic air will stall to our south and a developing storm system will drift into the region Thursday into Friday.
Light snow will be possible Thursday afternoon into Friday. For now, light snow accumulations of 1-3" will be possible for areas along and south of I-70. With temperatures likely remaining steady in the 20s, the snow may stick to area roads.
