MIDNIGHT - SATURDAY 9AM: Moisture will begin to move in south to north overnight. Freezing rain is likely, mostly west of Highway 63, as temperatures will be below freezing. Ice accumulations of up 0.20" are possible on untreated roads and overpasses/bridges by 9 AM.

SATURDAY 9AM - 6PM: The freezing rain will transition to a cold rain for a few hours in the afternoon with temperatures hovering  just above freezing. There may be areas (especially west) where temperatures stay colder, meaning a longer duration of freezing rain. An additional .10" to .20" of freezing rain is possible.Heavy rain is like farther southeast, near I-44, where Flood Watches are in effect for up to 2-4" of rain.

SAT 6PM - MIDNIGHT: The cold rain will begin to mix in with sleet and snow from northwest Missouri to the southeast.

SATURDAY MIDNIGHT - SUNDAY 6AM: Wintry mix becomes all snow, mainly in northwest Mid-Missouri, where the highest accumulations will be.
