A cluster of thunderstorms will likely develop and move into parts of Mid-Missouri from the northwest late Monday evening. These storms will be weakening as they move in, but could have enough strength to be severe for areas near HWY 65, including Marshall, Sedalia and Warsaw.
The main threat with any of these storms will be damaging wind. Since the general trend will be for storms to weaken as they approach, the risk of severe weather is low. Areas east of HWY 63 should remain mostly dry.
