A cold front will move through Mid-Missouri Monday, increasing our rain chances for the start of the work week. Some spotty showers will be possible as early as Monday morning near Highway 65, but more scattered storms are likely through the afternoon.

No severe weather is expected and heavy rain is not likely. Rainfall amounts should be less than .25" for much of the area. However, if you pick up on a heavier downpour because of a storm, you could have locally higher rainfall.

Most of the rain will move out of the region by Tuesday morning, but there could be a chance of spotty showers/storms near the Lake of the Ozarks and I-44 corridor Tuesday.

The cold front will usher in unseasonably cool weather for the rest of the week. Highs will only reach the upper 70s Wednesday through Friday and lows drop into the mid 50s by Wednesday night.
