I enjoy the opportunity to tell Mid-Missouri’s stories as a reporter and anchor. You can join me on ABC 17 and FOX 22 for my evening reports during the week, as well as our weekend evening shows.
I’m a Maryland native but have found a second home in the beautiful and spirited communities of Columbia, Jefferson City and other areas all around Mid-Missouri.
Since arriving at KMIZ in 2017 I’ve covered a wide range of stories, including the total solar eclipse, the political scandals surrounding former Gov. Eric Greitens, the duck boat tragedy at Table Rock Lake, and much more.
In 2019, The Kansas City Press Club honored me with a Heart of America Gold Award for beat reporting on a crumbling building in Jefferson City. I have also been blessed to receive a certificate of merit as part of a news series on medical marijuana in Missouri.
My passion for reporting started at the University of Virginia while I worked for my degree in media studies. While there, I worked with reporters, producers and photographers at WCAV in Charlottesville.
Outside of work, you can find me exploring Columbia and different cities around Missouri. Swimming has been a lifelong passion of mine and it remains one of my favorite ways to exercise and relax.
