ORIGINAL STORY: Miller County deputies said they are searching for a man who is possibly armed and dangerous after two people showed up at a hospital with gunshot wounds Friday night.

The sheriff said staff at the Lake Regional Hospital notified the Sheriff's Office after two patients were taken there by a private individual.

Deputies went to the hospital and were able to find out that happened near VFW Road in Miller County.

Witnesses told the deputies that the victims and the suspected shooter, Devin Mckie, 18, of Eldon, got into a physical argument. They said the argument escalated and Mckie shot at the victims several times.

Deputies said Mckie fled the area after the shooting.
