COLUMBIA, Mo. - Columbia police arrested Tara Shaw on Monday after officers were dispatched to Heriford Road and Burlington Street to serve an active felon warrant.
While officers were arresting Shaw, she told police she had drugs hidden in her bra and underwear. A strip search was performed and officers found suboxone pills and strips, approximately 27 grams of suspected MDMA, approximately 12.6 grams of heroin, and one and a half Xanax pills.
Police said they also found a digital scale and $2,073.
According to the probable cause statement, Shaw has been arrested six times by the police for failure to appear warrants.
ABC 17 previously reported that Shaw was arrested in January after officers performed a narcotics investigation.
Shaw was charged with delivery of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.
