MLB postpones another Cardinals series due to COVID-19

The MLB has postponed another Cardinals series due to a COVID-19 outbreak in the organization.

The MLB confirmed 13 members of the St. Louis organization have tested positive for COVID-19 - seven players and six staff members.

St. Louis will not play its four-game series against Detroit this week - as previously scheduled. This comes after the MLB had just postponed the Cardinals four-game series with Milwaukee. So now, St. Louis will miss at least eight games due to this outbreak.

The MLB said St. Louis will return to action on Friday in St. Louis against the Chicago Cubs.
