Tracking continued quiet weather this week

TONIGHT: Mostly cloudy and cool. Lows in the upper 50s.

TOMORROW: Mostly cloudy and hazy with a few sprinkles possible. Highs in the mid-70s.

EXTENDED: Smoky haze will still be present due to ongoing wildfires out west through at least mid-week. Clouds associated with the remnants of tropical depression Beta will begin to exit the area, giving us more sunshine by Thursday and Friday as upper level high pressure builds overhead. Highs reach the low 80s Friday and Saturday, with another cold front approaching from the west by Saturday night. The front will bring a chance for few light showers overnight into early Sunday, and cool us back into the 70s for highs on Sunday afternoon. We remain in a cooler than normal pattern into next week with a dry start expected. Temperatures will be in the low to mid-70s for highs through the middle of next week.
